Our prices are based on renting out The Old Piggery for 2-4 people, you can deduct £50 per week if your party totals 2 only.Changeover day for weekly bookings is Friday. Check in is 3pm earliest. You must vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.Price includes hot water, central heating, bed linen and towels for each guest, plus basic consumables (a list will be sent to you when you book along with directions and arrival information).
Terms and Conditions:
The Old Piggery is ready from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Weekly bookings generally run from Friday to Friday. Weekend and short breaks are sometimes available out of season, please ask for details. Rates are inclusive of electricity, wireless connection and bedding, linen and towels for 4 guests. Additional linen is charged at £15.00 per person if required
If you decide you would like to book The Old Piggery we will email:
– A Booking Form
– A full set of Terms and Conditions
– An invoice for a deposit of 25% of your bookings value
Provisional bookings are held for 3 days
The balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
A booking made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid for immediately and in full.
